What if your Anxiety is trying to teach you something?
For long time, I lived with anxiety, trying to
keep it all together while struggling inside.
I spent years trying to fight and resist my anxiety,
but the more I pushed it away, the louder it became.
It wasn’t until I stopped battling it and started
listening that real healing began.
Anxiety brought me closer to therapy and
self-development and everything began to shift.
I started to question the beliefs I had inherited,
unlearn the patterns that weren’t mine, and
reconnect with who I truly was.
Through this journey, I learnt a lot about anxiety,
how to navigate it and how to find myself again.
Now, as a coach, I help others, who feel anxious, lost or disconnected like i was, find their way back to themselves.
